Vardar law office is focused on providing comprehensive legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises in Turkey and abroad. Our law firm assists the clients in any matters relating to the negotiation and drafting of contracts as well as the enforcement of contractual claims. In addition to the core competences in the fields of contract law, major activities are focused on the field of financial law including; the establishment of new companies, M&A, business transformations and changes to the capital structure as well as due diligence investigations and involvement in negotiations with Turkish, German and foreign partners.

Attorney F. Banu Vardar, LL.M, has LL.B degrees from Germany and Turkey and LL.M degree in International and European Business Law from Cambridge, UK and PhD (viva) from the University of Leicester, UK. Banu is specialised in national and international commercial and contract law with long-term consultancy experience in Germany and Turkey for foreign clients in Turkey and Turkish clients abroad. She is lecturer in law since 2005 and arbitrator of several international institutions and official legal expert of Ministry of Justice in Turkey for international commercial disputes. Banu is also a trainer and lecturer in law with long- term teaching experience in National and International Trade Law, Law of Finance etc. for graduate and post graduate level courses. She has provided legal advice and guidance on legal matters relating to commercial issues for foreign and Turkish Companies.
